I am rather curious by this writer’s comments. He seemed to indicate SIA has forgotten its core business: Air Transportation! What they are doing now is trying alternative means to generate business still related to its core.
Selling discounted vouchers is good but when should the expiry be? Can he foretell when will global travel resume fully? Will he buy these vouchers if SIA really adopts his idea, with uncertaintly aplentiful towards when people are totally comfortable to travel once again?
